Our wrought iron swivel hook is a heavy duty hook. It is 5" from the plate to the bottom of the hook and the hook is 3.5 inches at its widest point. The hook is forged from 1/2" round stock. It attaches to the ceiling with four screws through holes in the plate. The hook swivels in any direction. If you desire a different sized swivel hook, let us know the dimensions of the hook that you need.
